How do I Make an Appointment for myself or someone else?

Ifyou are making an appointment for yourself

At Eye to Eye we understand how difficult it can be to take the first step to counselling, so we have made access to our counselling service very easy.

So here's how to make an appointment one step at a time.

Step one

Just pick up the phone and call Eye to Eye on 01443 204551

Step Two

We will then ask you a few questions?

Your name

Your address (if it is possible to send an appointment to you by post to any address)
If we are able to call you at home, are your family aware that you are accessing counselling.

This is because you can access our service confidentially.

A contact telephone number (this can be a home number, a mobile, a friends mobile…. You choose)

Your age

Step Three

We will then discuss with you;

Where you want counselling;

In one of our Centres in RCT
In a school in RCT (if attending school) or a Centre

Step Four

We will ask you tell us very briefly about the problem that brings you to counselling (Problems)

We need this information to match you up with the appropriate counsellor
Within a few weeks you will be allocated a counsellor and an appointment sent by us to you in the way you asked.

If you are making an appointment for someone else

Again, our referral system is very simple.

We ask that you are sure that the young person you are referring is aware that you are doing this and that they want to access our counselling service.

Step one

Call Eye to Eye on 01443 204551

Step Two

We will then ask you,

Your name.
Your contact telephone number.

Step Three

The name of the young person you are referring.

The young persons address (if it is possible to send an appointment by post to any address).

The young persons contact telephone number (this can be a home number, a mobile, friends mobile…. You choose).

The young persons age.

Step Four

We will then ask you;

Where the young person can access our counselling (see Centres)

If you or another person will be accompanying them.

Step Five

We will ask you tell us very briefly about the problem the young person is encountering (Problems)

We need this information to match up the young person with the appropriate counsellor.

Within a few weeks the young person will be allocated an appointment with a counsellor and an appointment sent in the way requested.

It's that easy.
