Ifyou are making an appointment for yourself
At Eye to Eye
we understand how difficult it can be to take the first step to counselling, so
we have made access to our counselling service very easy.
So here's how
to make an appointment one step at a time. Step one
Just pick
up the phone and call Eye to Eye on 01443

We will then ask you a few questions? Your
name Your address (if it is possible to send an appointment to you by post
to any address) If we are able to call you at home, are your family aware that
you are accessing counselling. This is because you can access our service
confidentially. A contact telephone number (this can be a home number, a
mobile, a friends mobile
. You choose) Your age Step Three
We
will then discuss with you; Where you want counselling; In one of
our Centres in RCT In a school in RCT (if attending school) or a Centre Step
Four
We will ask you tell us very briefly about the problem that brings
you to counselling (Problems)
We need
this information to match you up with the appropriate counsellor Within a few
weeks you will be allocated a counsellor and an appointment sent by us to you
in the way you asked.
If you are
making an appointment for someone else
Again, our referral system
is very simple.
We ask that you are sure that the young person you are
referring is aware that you are doing this and that they want to access our counselling
service. Step one

We will then ask you,
Your
name. Your contact telephone number. Step Three
The name
of the young person you are referring.
The young persons address (if it
is possible to send an appointment by post to any address).
The young persons
contact telephone number (this can be a home number, a mobile, friends mobile

The young persons age. Step Four
We will
then ask you;
Where the young person can access our counselling (see
Centres)
If you or another person will be accompanying them. Step
Five
We will ask you tell us very briefly about the problem the young
person is encountering (Problems)
We
need this information to match up the young person with the appropriate counsellor.
Within
a few weeks the young person will be allocated an appointment with a counsellor
and an appointment sent in the way requested. It's that easy. Remember
